HELP - Bender wanted

Good, now I have your attention I wonder if anyone knows of somebody able to supply/manufacture and bend some tube so I can have a frame loop welded to a Hinckley Bonnie as per the photo below

We're probably going to need two as we have a couple of bikes to (eventually) do

Ideally someone in Wiltshire/Berkshire/Hampshire would be perfect :thumby:
