Help needed - I need a shipping crate making

Any Thames Valley tossers with carpentry skills? I may need a shipping crate making for an AquaZepp. It's a DPV (diver propulsion vehicle), crate would need to be about 1m long x 30cm x 30cm, weight of the DPV about 20kg

I can sometimes get used pallets from work, they'd be ideal as they normally take way more than 20kg. A few nails and possibly some sheet metal roofing gussets for the corners should do the trick.
