Hello all,
Many thanks to all who helped me before and during my Trans American BMW adventure. I returned safely to UK early February after 5 months of hard core riding!
I am now busy editing the footage I captured for a film that will be launched in the Horizons Unlimited event later this year. I will keep you updated on its completion.
My journey was super and I loved my BMW 1150GS Adventure. From Alaska to Ushuaia travelling more than 35,000 kms. This engine is super robust. I did not have any problems. Not even a single puncture ha ha …just regular changes and servicing. Super happy.
I am now planning some changes as I like the R80GS HPN. Check link

Great if you can help me with below questions..
1. Change 1150gs head light with a rounded head light and an HPN light cover on top. Is this possible?
2. Fix the hpn 43l tank on my 1150GS. Is this a very difficult job?
3. Put on a rear rack and classic seat?
If anyone has made these changes or has any advice please let me know. I would also be happy to connect with any person you know who has done these changes.
