Anyone know where I can get these plastic spaces please?

No sorry, Sat Nav was dealer fitted. Just ask for fittings for Nav IV for GS pre wc models for the bracket pictured.
 
Bolts easily available at a local fixings supplier and a bit of plastic tube cut into four lengths. Probably around a fiver or so and an hour of your time. :rolleyes:
