the editing and sound isnt that bad ... read quite good
but u might consider moving the cam position , gout a huge blind spot to your right ...
maybe ontop of ya lid .

oh and a word about compression ... :D my 1hour and 30mins stuff is under 100meg and still retains its quality ... :D

2 hrs down load time, but worth it just to see what a knob I look sat on a bike :D

Right then,

All up for making it better, new to this so will take some fine tuning to sort it out correct like.

Now got some new software so will be able to make it smarter but what are you doing different to me to get good detail and small file size

I am using a JVC DV cam, via USB and now have found I can use Fire Wire.

As I understand it the AVI is an uncompressed file as it came out of the camera. You can compress this down to a standard mpeg which will save quite a bit of memory & some packages will allow you set the level of compression... which may have a detremental effect when you have rapidly changing scenes.

I use a freebie prog that came with my PC but I'm sure there are a lot to choose from out there... someone will know of a good'un.

there is no video, just sound and i cant let this go now, so how can i watch it, im on 3mb broadband. it downloads instantly, but no pic, help!:(

Great video, im going up to the peak disrtict on the next bank holiday, with the wife and friends, walking and staying in B&B's, i wish i was going up with my GS and you load of blokes:D
