I have spoken to a friend who runs trail bike tours, using his bikes - Army HD MT350's which are electric start and and fully sorted for trailriding
He knows the trails, as well as I do and is willing to take out one of his tours using his bikes.

His base is about 45 mins from Dent and you would ride your GS there, in the morning, to pick up his bike and ride out from there on a circular route finishing back at DC Classic bikes
Your GS will be parked up in his secure garage whilst out for the day, no risk of any 'trail' lay-downs to your steed
He can accommodate a group of 6-8 riders on his tour, with himself as guide
All the bikes are fully trail prepped and insured, for your use - all the extra you pay is for the fuel you use and your lunch of course
Cost for the day on his bike, for a tour of some of Yorkshire's best green lanes and roads is £150-£160 per day and he can do a tour on either the Saturday and Sunday, or indeed both days
