We used to have a “Peak District Christmas Do” at The 3 Stags Heads in Wardlow Mires and, latterly, The Red Lion in Litton?
It’s about time we did another, so I’m proposing one in Derby on Sat 13th December.
Me, Mr K & Roberto are already booked in at the Smart Aston Court Hotel in Derby. At the moment, it’s £39.60 for a twin room and £32.40 for a single, and there’s private parking round the back.
The intention is to do a pub crawl… Derby is blessed with fabulous pubs and breweries… there’ll be no clubbing, bouncers, queuing, short skirts and high heels (unless you really want to)… just good, old fashioned boozers, with really great ales… and a “Micro Pub” I bet you’ve never been to one of those!
