from 140/80-17 to 150/70-17 f650gs

hi, all,
needed new tires for f650gs, am on Dunlop TR91's, great tire! Got 19k out of them.
Wanted the new (street-) Michelin PR4 Trails. They have the 110/80-19 front, but not the 140/80-17 rear. So I went for the 150/70-17. I measured the widht of my old dunlop: 144mm. Then after fitting the Michelin measured again: 145mm!!
Only 1 mm wider! Never would have thought.
Verdict: absolute improvement again over TR91's. Would not think it was possible, but yes.
So, get yourself a pair!

Great mileage on the TR91, be interested to know how you get on with the PR4. Will be next option after my Trail attacks have worn down a little more.
