Factory Alarm battery back up

Hi all,

Had my 12reg bike a year (an ex demo) and it has twice displayed the error code "Dwa" and yellow warning triangle on dash ie alarm back up battery dischrged/flat.

First time about 8months ago dealer sorted under warranty and this weekend I sorted by replacing batteries (after finding how to on another Gs forum)

My question is.......have any other members had repeated problems with the alarm back up batteries failing ???

Ps bike runs fine whilst displaying above faults just a pain

Mine's got the factory alarm, and is 08. Never seen that though.
