Two Lakes Event, Laragh, Co. Wicklow - March 27th - 29th March 2015

With the High Kings event not happening this year con1 & I are running an event in Laragh, Co. Wicklow on 27th - 29th March for your delectation. We've called it the Two Lakes cos we're right beside Glendalough (Glen of the Two Lakes), an early monastic site which is well worth a visit.

Based in Laragh, Co Wicklow there's 2 options for accommodation as follows :
2 x Nights Bed and Full Irish Breakfast with One Evening Meal staying in the Wicklow Way Hostel @ €75 per person sharing.
2 x Nights Bed and Full Irish Breakfast with One Evening Meal staying in Lynham’s Hotel @ €99 per person sharing

Book for either direct with the hotel -+353 404-45345 or info@lynhamsoflaragh.ie

The first 28 people booking in for the €99 package will get into the hotel itself. After that they'll be booked into a lovely B&B down the road. We have a Courtesy bus running on the Saturday night so any one staying in the B&B will have transport home.

Dinner on it's own on Saturday night, for any 'locals' who want to drop by for a chat is €29.95

It'll be the usual format - arrive Friday evening, bite to eat, a few fizzy drinks & talk b0ll0cks for the evening with like minded souls. Saturday will, in keeping with High Kings tradition, be a navigation-type event where you will travel singly or in small 'teams' to retrieve clues from various remote points around the county. We might even send you into Wexford, Kildare or Dublin counties
These are good craic because you decide where you want to go & how much biking you want to do in the day.
Saturday night will be a repeat of Friday night with our dinner thrown in & then Sunday youse can all bugger off home again

For anyone who's not familiar with Wicklow, the 'Garden of Ireland', have a look at this wee drone/quadcopter video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJIHA9ZnAOY

    See y'all in Wicklow

Well done lads. I'm on the case already.
We should learn from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism. [/I]

Other plans mean that we won't be there unfortunately. Have a great weekend folks.
There are two opinions of the GS. There are those who have ridden one who think its fantastic and there are those who haven't who know its crap.
