Try Forces Travel, I always book en-masse with them for our annual trips over to Europe.

I had to book direct with P&O to book 2 bikes.
Ring them up and speak to a human being , both of the ferry companies websites will have kittens if you try to book multiple vehicles online, might be worthwhile popping over to Nth Shields and going to the booking office. Last time I did that I got an extra 10% off

When we went last year there were 6 of is on 6 bikes. Speaking to them they got it cheapest by booking one bike with 6 occupants and then 5 bikes as cargo.
