Hi a friend of mine has just bought a new k1600 he's paired his sena smh10 to the bike so he gets his sat nav and his music through a phone but every time he turns the bike off it all de pairs any ideas?

I would suggest that he refers to his Sena User Manual, as it offers a number of case studies on the best way to pair what to what.
