Scotland's Route66.

As the SNP are a socialist party I find that a bit unlikely.
Do try and keep up.

That'll be about right then, sharing out someone else's money. Except in this case, it'll be motorcyclists. :D

Crackin' scenery, nonetheless.

I have spent a lot of time on the southern part of that route, Ullapool/Kylescue/Bonnar Bridge. It is amazing scenery. Just be careful of the Sika crossing the Bonnar Bridge Road at dawn and dusk either side of Rosehall. Could be very messy.

Nc500

We did this in May of this year, just as was officially launched, we did it "wrong way round," anti-clockwise fro Inverness. This was best option as from John o groats onwards it got better and better, 1600 miles total in 7 days on my GSA and brothers Buell, fantastic. Back in June with landrover X, roof tents and canoes to redo west coast.

Added to the Bucket List

Wow! The NC500 looks tremendous. From here in Oz, we only know of the 'real' Route 66 but this one sure measures up! Thanks plrb about doing the route anticlockwise :thumb

Haven't you Aussie-sorts got a few roads round the Blue Mountains which you could call your own R66? :thumb2

Swap out the pine trees for eucalyptus, and deer for a 'roo or two - you've got it made. :D
