PS....I'm happy to participate in the LDR, as long as:-

    > I can be part of a small group
    > There is a lead rider who can read the mappage (I need my specs to read small print....& maps!! & I can't wear them whilst riding )
    > My only responsibility is to provide entertainment on the ride
    > The group wants to win & bask in the glory on Saturday evening!!!!!!

Emptiness is the starting point - In order to taste my cup of water you must first empty your cup. My friend , drop all your preconceived fixed ideas and be neutral. Do you know why this cup is so useful? Because it is EMPTY.....
