RUPP026-RUPP027 runs through the middle of a golf course.

A number of signs say "Watch out for Golf Balls" - they ought to also say "Watch out for erratic golf buggies crossing the track without looking"

I've hard wired a cigarette socket to the battery and fitted a 2610 ram mount for my Navigator II - hooray, waypoints and tracks again :)

RUPP027-RUPP029 - this got a bit overgrown soon - the 1200 would have been better for a bit of undergrowth clearance.

Near the (gated) entrance to Shottesbrooke Park RUPP037-RUPP038. Nice of them to provide seating while taking a fag break.

Near the centre of the park is a neat little Church. Not quite sure where it gets its congregation from though.

Across from the Church, a large pond and the reason for the gates at each end of the RUPP.

A number of RUPPs in the area have been converted to Bridleways. The RUPP which runs south of this ford (at the start of RUPP041-RUPP042) is one of them - still listed in Mapsource as Hazelwood Lane though :D

All of the lanes visited today are GS friendly.

Byways

Hi

Being new to trail riding, where do you find all these BOATS. I live in Stoke Poges and can't find anything local.

Get hold of an Ordnance Survey map - the Orange Explorer series are best - I know that Bucks and Oxon don't have many :(

You'll have to move house :D
