Well had a cracking ride at the Hogroast last weekend on the old girl, but noticed she was a bit reluctant to start in gear. When I got home put her in gear to walk her up the drive into the garage but when I snicked into neutral she sounded like a tin of bolts.
Been over to Café Husky and it was suggested I drain the oil, clean the filters and look for bits of metal. Then look at the woodruff key before pulling the clutch and clutch housing to look at the spring washers in the drive wheel as they disintergrate with time.
Anyboby any ideas what the noise might be before I resort to radical spannering?
