own two bikes on two separate insurances policies, both bikes registered at the same address and owned by the insured ?

I know that you can't ride two bikes at the same time but is there anything I am missing.

Reason for asking is that i have a policy with bikesure and have asked on the 17th of June and again on the 2nd of July if another bike could be added to my existing policy. To date they still have not replied and the other bike i was interested has now been sold.

If I find another bike there is no way that I would even want to consider adding or renewing with bikesure.

You can insure as many bikes on as many policies as you like, I have 4 vehicles in total, all insured by different insurers all owned by me and all at my one and only home address.

You may need to check the no claims element as I've previously been told, albeit in respect of cars, that can't 'use' this against multiple policies.
