Andrew, do a search, benches have been covered a few times through the last few years.
Hi Andrew, I bought one of these earlier this year

It was delivered by Gefco at a pre arranged time in a packing case and works as it should, plus at £265 you will almost recoup your money if you decide its surplus to requirements. Just one thing make sure the packing case is the rite way up as mine was not and was a ball breaker to upright by myself when unpacked.

I had one just like that some years ago, the ram leaked soon after purchase but I was sent a complete ram withhout quibble, some of the welds were quite poor but otherwise a great, sturdy bench & a bargain for the price.
