Great service fron Allan Jefferies

I recently had a very minor problem with a service at AJ'S. Very minor.
But the service manager, Michael, volunteered to have my bike valeted and van'd back to me.
The bike was extremely dirty and fly splatteted, bu now looks like new.
Well done to Michael, and AJ.

I've always found them to provide excellent service, one of the reasons why I keep going back to BMW.

I wish Ocean BMW Plymouth would take a leaf out of AJ's book! Poor customer service down south! Allan Jefferies definitely in a league of there own. Gold standard, top northerners.

Only used Ocean once. Couldn't do enough for me. Swopped the battery, regulator, and stator, stripped down a showroom bike to do it. All in about an hour and a half. That plus fed me and escorted me to the ferry with 10 minutes to spare for the Santander boat. Only charged me the price of the battery. Put the rest on goodwill. Top service.

I've also had good service from AJ's and my local dealers Rainbow of course...
