email problem

I think it all started when I tried to log back in onto a Yahoo site, I tried using what I thought was the old password and username and as they didn't work any more I set up two new ones, it was then found that I couldn't send or receive emails.

I've tried resetting the account on my iPad and got as far as where it tells me that my security settings are too strict and to do something about ActiveX seetings and to go to "Tools" and which options to go for from then on, but I can't find sodding "Tools" on my iPad, so I'm now trying to find it on my PC. No luck so far. So I've tried to click on 'Yahoo login' page, 'Email login page-BT .com' and 'BT.com-BT Yahoo' and always get the message that "There is a problem connecting securely to this site". I also get the same warning when I try to access the Google site.

What the fuck can I do about it?

Tools and then options might be from within the browser you are using. Safari/ explorer etc..Also try resetting the Ipad time and date. That also plays up
