Looking for a small engineering firm or individual

Any recommendations for someone that can make me some new lower engine bars?

A couple of small pieces of 18mm mild steel round bar drilled through, welded to some 15mm X 1.5mm mild steel tube.

If it came to it I could probably bend the tube myself, but don't have a welder or lathe to make the ends.
