best solution

Hi whats the best ideas/gadgets available to enable you to walk away in shorts etc leaving your riding gear reasonably secure to your bike ?
My RT has a large back box {2 helmets} panniers {1pr boots each}but ideas where to put our jackets and trousers? is there some sort of secure bag you can lock onto bike yet folds away ? i realise if they want it they will get it no matter what you do but might be enough to put the passer by off taking it.Thanks

We use a curly bicycle lock. Through helmet visors, down the sleeves and locked to the bike. Has worked so far.
 
Thanks have seen some bikers doing similar but thought all the gadgets etc about there is probably some sort of rip /waterproof bag that you can lock onto ya bike . Bike shop it is then :beerjug:
 
We have used a pacsafe for years, has a wire, lock, wire mesh and waterproof sack all in one.
 
Doesn't this solution leave your kit open to abuse from the local chavs though?
