    Cotswold BMW - highly recommended!

Via this forum, I contacted Nick at Cotswold to enquire about BMW helmet/gloves sale items....

Nick responded back very quickly - and although there were no sale items left, suggested I call in to see what they could do for me.

This morning (Saturday 12 March), I did just that.

The bike showroom is part of the main car dealership and has a wide range of clothing/helmets on display.

All the staff were friendly and helpful....a warm welcome combined with a genuine desire to help (without being OTT).

After trying a couple of helmets/gloves for size, I made my choice. Nick arranged an excellent price and I walked away a very happy customer.

An excellent experience - and a dealership I will now return to for future needs and when I replace my bike next year.

    Highly recommended.

I've heard nothing but good since Nick raised his head on this parish and will indeed be visiting in the next couple of weeks .

+1 from me too. Nick is really helpful. They have plans for BBQs and ride outs, etc. this year so I can't wait to see what they come up with.

A question - is Nick new to Cotswold BMW?, had a pretty poor experience there a couple of years ago and have been giving them a wide berth since. Would be interesting to know if there have been changes to improve things.

Another +1 for Nick. Took an order, informed me when the gloves arrived and dispatched immediately all at a very good price.
    Will definitely use them again.

In my relatively short experience they seem to have a great team there, who genuinely are pleased to do what they can to help.
Friendly, professional and efficient a bit like my new R1200R really :beer jug:
