New to the forum, new to BMW bikes, 20 years Harley rider (no sniggering at the back please), live near Whitley Bay.

Just wanted to say hello and to see if any of you in the region meet up for rides, trips, social drinking etc ?

Not sure I've accrued enough posts to say this but welcome Garry.
I also came from a harley last year, having rode a mates gs I was hooked. I live in the north east also and I'm in couple groups on Facebook for local rides out. I'll keep you posted of any that's happening.

Take a look at the Dent event May 19th/20th.
A few from the North East will be there.
Local runs out happen, just not so often these days.

If you're heading out post detail here then folk can meet up if they fancy.

I'm new on here and to GS ownership, but local to you- Monkseaton. Currently off the road at present with abs fault and host of smaller faults to rectify. Hoping to get the tractor back together soon and get out for some fun. Fancy doing some of the green lanes in and around Alston etc when I get back on the road, if you are interested.
