Givi XS 308 tank bag

Bought one of these today, and it has a carry handle at the 'back' with two clips for a shoulder strap ( packed inside the bag), but at the front it has another strap with is funny designed to get in the way of the steering.

Does any one else have a Givi with the strap at the front as well ?

It doesn't even have a place to stow this strap when not in use.

Hi,

Yes the strap is designed to attach the bag to the bike as a backup if the tank mount fails or you don't click it in properly.

Many people snip them off but I don't find it too bad to use on the RT.
