Hi all,

I recently followed the guide on how to top up the oil in the remote preload adjuster for the rear shock (2002 R1150GS) as found here:

This worked great at getting some preload on the shock until I over did it a bit... and appear to have blown the seal from the slave cylinder of the preload adjuster on the shock. I guess there was too much oil in the system. The leak appears from the moving part of the adjuster not the banjo bolt.

Has anyone come across this? Is it repairable (diy vs garage)? The shock has about 18k miles on it and otherwise appears to be okay.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
