    Excellent.....highly recommended

Booked my GSA 12 in with Cotswold Motorrad to have some replacement parts fitted.......fair enough; but why go all the way from Canterbury to Gloucester??????

Well, Nick was good enough to provide me with an attractive quote for parts & labour so the saving made went into the fuel tank so all good there.

    My overall experience was excellent!!

The communication between myself & the dealer was efficient & thorough
I was provided with a loan bike for a small standard charge which covered the insurance
Their toilets were sparkling & clean (an area that is often overlooked)
Cappoo's on tap out of the bean to cup machine; I actually know the coffee machine used as I used to sell them so I know they're good
All the lads I spoke to were friendly, courteous and took pride & care in dealing with my bike
Nick took me through all elements of the work that was to be carried out before the bike went into the workshop to ensure I was happy
The facilities available were first class

    Will I use them again......definitely.

    Thanks chaps

I think for many of us who have invested in a new or nearly new(even pre-loved) BMW, quality of aftercare is a real consideration, your experience of Cotswold Motoradd echoes my own, they look after my bike,
make me feel like a valued customer and their facilities, toilets/coffee etc are excellent, often it's the little things which make a difference.

It's sometimes easy to dismiss these seemingly faceless, large corporate type dealerships, in reality it means they have the latest technology with fast access to BMW parts and accessories, ok they may not be as cheap
as John down the road who does a bit out of his little garage, but personally I'm happy paying a fair price for quality work and products knowing everything is guaranteed.
If I owned a BMW motorcycle facility it would be very similar to theirs, staff(hate that word) included.

If you need a part/accessory or need some work doing give them a ring, you may be surprised how competitive they can be!

    cheers
