3 cheers for Micky

Many thanks Micky - lot of time and effort put in there. Been busy since I got home yesterday but will upload some pics Asap. Great to say hello to some old (and new) friends :thumb2

Many Thanks

Yep, many thanks to Micky and all the others that helped organise this weekend and make it a huge success:thumb2:clap
Really enjoyed Johnny's scenic run around the Dales on Saturday - some really "interesting" roads in the area!
Margaret's hospitality and breakfasts were also great:clap

Cheers.............................Grizzly:beerjug:

Many thanks Micky and crew for a great weekend. As a GSer event virgin it's sometimes daunting to camp up in a field full of strangers but was made to feel at home straight away.
I'm now home and the bike is washed, there's a mini Kielder Forest of mud on the driveway and I'll be sending Paul the cleaning bill first thing in the morning:D (Bloody good days riding though old bean :thumb2 )

I was up till 4am trying to finish off all the cake, but I just couldn't do it. Still plenty left. Mrs Micky certainly makes a lovely cake. Im going to keep it in my top box and graze on it over the next few days...

Thanks to all involved for a great weekend, great ride out with Paul on Saturday , and thanks to those who pulled my bike out of the ditch.

Great riding weekend 861 miles door to door.

Great to catch up with folk and really appreciate the huge effort put in by all involved with arranging the Dent weekend.

Note to self - extend the the stay an extra day so I can enjoy the Sunday rides next year.

Micky special thanks, what a lovely event, please make sure you don't make any small typing errors like a K instead of a D, the countryside and rides just wouldn't be nearly as nice with as Kent weekend.

See you next year

Dane

Another message of thanks to Micky for organising this. A great weekend, the weather booking worked this year.

My only comment is that the Paul Nicholls fella took us along routes that had a surface other than tarmac. I's swear that the holes in the tracks were left over from were the RAF were testing their bomb runs. I nearly needed a submarine not a Super Ten. I've now had to break the habit of a lifetime and wash the bike twice in one month, bloody ridiculous.:D

A great days riding Paul, thanks, I owe you a beer next time.

Thanks also to Fran and Tony for letting me join their run today until I peeled off to ride the A686 so that I could have some fun over Hartside Pass before slogging north on the M6 and M74. From the fill up in Hawes this morning the Super Ten made it all the way back to Glasgow without another fill, not bad for a 23 litre tank.

Another excellent event , thankyou Micky and support crew. :bow:clap:clap:clapGreat ride Johnny as usual ,hardly saw a drop of rain:D. Met some great folks only wish we could have had a few more days. Until the next time :beerjug::friday

I'd like to add my thanx to everyone involved in making this an excellent weekend again. As has already been said these things don't just happen so Big Up Yourselves. :clap

A huge thank you also to Paul for the brilliant ride out on Saturday and also to everyone elso on said ride for your patience with the talentless bimbler at the back.

Happy days, happy memories, the sort that make the daily Shi'ite at work worth tolerating.

Here's to next year, Inish'Allah. :thumb2

Paul's ride seemed to cause issues with 1200GS's.

This one was very tired

And if you will bolt a larder on the back of your bike probably best leave it empty
