Looking at that, it would be to difficult to make if you just sent the drawings. Its better if you sell complete kits already made up. TT would sell it for about £100.
TT have a sun shield (item no: 065-0158) which attaches to the 660 by way of a 3m adhesive strip; however, it only offers a top 'shade' of 1".

The Wunderlich glare shield for the 660 is far more substantial in the shade stakes, but doesn't fit within the TT lockable mount....unless you take a dremel to it in places!!
