I can't believe I'm the first to comment on this and so I'm looking for remedies.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to make the screen easier to see in reasonably strong sunlight. I use a TT locking device so my old 660 sunshade thingy is not any good - and it's now broken wtf!

Any help welcome guys.

All the best!

Jim

I have a 660 in a TT mount too, I found that careful adjustment of the mount alleviated the problem slightly.
I angled the mount down so that I could still see the screen but not so much of the skies reflection.

Thanks sleepy.

I've tried multi positions and the problem remains. Now into designing my own!!

1. Dump TT security device thing.

2. Always ride facing the sun.

Just a thought but you can get the anti-glare covers for computer monitors. Perhaps you could cut a piece the right size.

Think if you have a quick search will find a few about 660 unable to see screen in sunlight, couple from me. Tried a few shades and all so far limited success. Got one of these at moment.http://www.matotec.de/
