Hi all,

I have read lots of posts about a lead you can get and have seen pics....

I am looking to move my NAV V to another bike, and obviously need to rewire it - I have spoken to 2 dealers who tell me the part I need is NOT SALEABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC......how the heck am I gonna do this now?

Please help - thanks in advance

Just buy a motorcycle mount for a Garmin Zumo 660 and use that. You Navigator V wil fit into that and be powered by it. You won't have the handlebar wheel functions but other than that, it should work fine.

That's a £60 bill to buy a new mount......the cable I need is only £12 ????

Garmin's approach to pricing cables has always been consistent. think of a reasonable number and then add a zero.

What is the other bike? I have a 660 cradle on a handlebar ram mount for sale, comes with a bm canbus plug too

Well, thanks all anyway, but it doesn't matter now, I found a dealer who would sell it....hehehe..:clap

It was also 50% cheaper than others had quoted AND they are gonna tag up the cables to make sure I connect them right...

Now that's customer service for you....
