After the death of my 660 I have replaced it with a Zumo 595. It's a great unit apart from the useless proximity warnings which are a distraction at the very least. Random warnings about a school (on an adjacent road to the 70mph dual carriageway I was on, 20mph speed limit (on the same 70mph dual carriageway), warning about bends which would be bends at around 130mph, no warning on an actaul bend that you might benefit from the knowledge of if you really were blind enough not to notice the sign, the feckin big cheverons and the big signs on the road saying SLOW.
This really is the most stupid of all the stupid gizmos attached to modern sat navs. I have yet to try the curvy roads option. I'm glad I'm not epileptic as the constant warnings of an up and coming bend may well bring up an attack of the fits.

Spoke to a guy at Garmin UK, you can disable the audible warnings, but the visuals are here to stay.

Other than that it seems to be a decent bit of kit.
