Sitting on its own hill amongst rolling olive groves as far as the eye can see, come and experience Casa El Castaño for yourself. Situated midway and only an hour from the historic and beautiful ancient Moorish cities of Granada and Córdoba.

We are only 10 minutes from the towns of Martos and Los Villares, and 20 minutes from the Andalusian city of Jaén in the largest olive oil producing region of Spain. An ideal base for exploring rural Spain, a stopover on your tour of Andalucía or a welcome break on your trip to or from Morocco.

The owners, Chris & Sharon have toured extensively as rider and pillion throughout Europe and beyond, and have gained first hand knowledge of the special requirements of motorcyclists. At Casa El Castaño you will have secure parking, a range of cold and hot refreshments, free wi-fi, a laundry service, and free transport into Martos for you to enjoy the restaurants and tapas bars. If you prefer an evening spent relaxing at Casa El Castaño after a long day on the road, we offer a Menu del Dia.

We look forward to welcoming you to Casa El Castaño.

New Webpage!

We are proud to announce the launch of our new webpage! Completely rebuilt with more information about the rooms and facilities at Casa El Castaño. The activities section gives a comprehensive, but not exhaustive list of things to do in this beautiful part of Spain. A section on motorcycling has been added. We would be delighted to give advice on routes and biking roads in this area of Spain. Have a look at www.casaelcastano.com . Your feedback would be appreciated.

Also what about having your better half join you in Spain? Have that bike trip you always wanted. We pick up and return your partner to Malaga or Granada airport. You spend a few days together doing some shorter ride outs and/or lazing around the pool. Wonderful! :bounce1
