Changed to an Interphone 3 months ago from autocom.

Really pleased with except the surface mount mic foam wind mount just fell off one day.

Apart from superglue or similar - any tips for re attachment?

Just thought I would ask as sure this will have happened to others as the foam cover seems rather flimsily attached.

Piss taking or genuine answers welcome :D

They all do that eventually. I took the foam from the boom mike, cut a groove on the side that was going to be stuck down, wrapped round the whole fixed mike, then stuck it back to the inside of the helmet.:thumb

That made sense when I typed it!:D

I had the same problem, just glued it back on.

I just recently removed my unit from my old TourX4 lid and installed it into the Shoei ADV and also bought a separate install kit and have installed it into my new Shark Raw lid too. Noticed that even the new mic cover was loose so pre-empted any issues by gluing that too. Works fine and no damage to the microphone and/or lid.
