Twin cam engine?

It should have been announced this week at the show, but will be announced in Milan in November. I put my deposit down on one in June. I hinted about it in May, but nobody here believed me.

And it seems we had good reason not to believe you.
Your so-called insider with reliable info was spinning you a load of bollox.
No HP2 and the Lac Rose turns out to be just a 9T with a painted tank and red seat.
More "lifestyle" shite for the deep in pockets and short in leg.

Pathetic effort,BMW......

Have seen a couple facebook posts about putting a twincam engine in to their HP2... Wondered if anyone here had heard of this too? Or had any experience of it being done?

I'm wondering how straightforward it is... how much difference there really is in the engine... and how much you can get a twincam engine for...
I recon you could fit a twin cam motor in with no or little hassle,IIRC there are no extra sensors it should run on the same injection system,,but do you really need MORE power??
I rode moly,s megamoto when wreford owned it,
I thought it a bit much:D:D
I'd be more than up for the job though:thumby:

valves maintenance will be more complicated with the DOHC engine.
I think it's useless to add weight & problems for just some Hp, torque are the same.

No new HP2 enduro

but may be were refering to the full carbon race bike probably called HP4 ??

A Harley engine? Surely not :D

This is the output from my 1350

Can you give us more infos about this 1.350cc upgrade ?

Origin, price etc?

Thank you

Google
"UKGSER Projekt Dicker Hammer"

The older engine has more mid range grunt so likely to be better for the megamoto than the TC.
