It most likely is in your area they just wont let you have it. They probably know the complete bollocks you type and don't want to encourage you further. Think of it as a service to humanity. I think they're looking for a Nobel Peace Prize...or something.
Our own pet hippy would love that. He'd listen to that sat cross legged outdoors somewhere wistfully looking at the horizon with furrowed eyebrows whilst some annoying twonk off his swede on God knows what nearby plays the fucking bongos.
