Hi-vis Vests

I acknowledge that many do not like hi-viz ... but I'm looking into buying some hi-viz/reflective vests for use by the Observers in the IAM group I'm a member of.

Can anyone recommend any suppliers who offer good quality custom made products (preferably at an economical price)

I've been looking at the Urban-glow vests which are excellent but expensive (probably worth the price however). Another company I'm aware of is tinwolf.co.uk

One option is to buy 'off the shelf' vests and have them badged to suit

Any suggestions would be welcome

A quick search on google reveals some workwear places that will print/embroide in the tyne and wear area.

I currently use one of these for my daily commute. IMO the orange distinguishes you from being a copper.

I wear a large over my size 50 jacket and there is loads of room to spare it would accomodate a couple of sizes larger.

Thanks for that - I've seen vests similar to those and they are certainly under consideration.

Orange ones dont attract flying insects as effectively as yellow ones.
