    M6 Charnock Richards local knowledge?

Is it currently possible to exit the M6 southbound at Charnock Richards services into Mill Lane by bike - and if so is there any danger of Parking Eye recording your entry, with the possible consequences?

I have managed it northbound on occasion but the barrier and one way spikes have to be treated with caution!

Blimey, that takes me back! My sister regularly used to go to a horse show up there, and we regularly used the turn off at the services. Also used to go to a night club up that way with a couple of the grooms from Appley Bridge. Some "interesting" times back then.
I haven't a clue about the original question though, sorry!
