Scotland "Green lane" routes to download??

New to this GS-ing lark and looking for some green lane (I know - there are no green lanes in Scotland) or gentle offroad routes in Scotland or north of England to download and thrash my new Dakar on.

Does anyone have such a thing or know of somewhere I can download these? I have a Quest GPS.

Tried searching but drew a blank so apologies if this mentioned elsewhere.

The first link offers the best off-road advice that I have been able to find on this “often controversial issue “ to quote Dutchman.

The second link is where I found it, a useful resource.

There are those that say if it hasn’t got a locked gate then its fair game, but I would never advocate such loutish behaviour.
