All you've got to do is keep looking after that lovely little girl and keep going to that LONDINIUM a few days a week!

After a lenghty marraige and subsequent first divorce my ex told me (well lectured me really) that one of the (very very very many) factors in her wanting to ditch me was precisely this sort of thing - doing things under the rader etc etc which she felt undermined her and killed trust and so on. So that didnt work.

So with the second missis I kept her fully in the loop with my projects and spending etc - and that really did work. We got divorced after hardly any time at all.

I think we may be okay.

She's very understanding, just a bit disappointed.

Lesson learned, there is no fooling an ex auditor.

With ladies, you can't win either way. There's simply no logic to their thought process even if you do exactly as they want. My logic tells me that like cars, you're better off renting them when you feel like it so you don't have to dance to their tune when you don't.

We're alright on the wife score now.

Even so far as she spotted a Lakeland box in the recycling bin and asked if I'd got something for her. She smiled when I said the swinging arm arrived in it.

I have a great wife. (Just need to get the bathroom done this year)

Not forgotten about this one, been a lot going on behind the scenes, so to speak
Our semi tame master fabricator " mistacat" has come up trumps again and waved his magic welding torch over the frame, bracing the head stock, making the rear frame and making the Enfield 500 tank fit, plus a load more besides
Chris , you are a star

Well that's the dry build done!
Loaded the wee beastie into the van and taken to have the exhaust made!
Once the exhaust is made I can strip it all down and prepp for powder
    Then the fun can begin
