Not yet as I am getting on a bit and I have now got the BMW 1200GSA which is not as nibble as my BMW 1150 GSA and does not take the knocks and scrapes too well. Hope to be over in the Summer though to get it down in a week this time

Great to see it going from strength to strength. You have some legacy to be followed there Gerry.

    Gerry,

I missed the rally do this year, for the first time in years. I would just like to say thanks for all the effort you and the team have put in over the years. It is a great event, a high point of the biking year.

Tim, yes you have big boots to fill but you won't be on your own. Good luck for the future, looking forward to it as usual.

I had a tough call this morning. It had been over 4 weeks since I last had her out so it was put the battery on a trickle charge or start her up and take her for a spin. The fact that it was 4 deg with occasional sleet and hail just made it easier.
A spin it was. The Dublin rally point was cross city riding so I picked the Wicklow point. 30 minutes later I'm beside it. Too cold to take off gloves to take a photo but as it is only 30 minutes from home I can go back easily at any time later.
Just over an hour and about 35 miles but it felt good. Must do this more often!

I got Wicklow & Wexford done today. It was a nice day starting out but a bit overcast when it came to taking the shots.

Don't know. I just followed the sat-nav. When I got there this was the only thing worth photographing so I reckoned that this was it. Not a very scientific appraoch but it usually works for me.

    Carlow /Kilkenny

Was dark by the time I got to Carlow /Kilkenny.
This High Cross is closer to the road and easier to photo than the one nearby in Ahenny alright Gerry.

Agree about the amount of cowshit as well on the roads.
