    Roadtec 01

I have today had a set of the metzeler roadtec 01 tyres fitted at Mark Hooton Cymarc . Only ridden the 30 miles home on wet slimy roads so can't give much insight yet , will post full review in due course.

Yeah. Look forward to hearing what you think of these.
What were you using before ?
I'm thinking either Metz O1's or Roadsmart III'S when my noisy Annkee III's wear out.

I have had them on the XR for 3500 miles now and without question the best tyre I have ever used

Dry grip is phenomenal and wet is as good as you could want last well compared to the Diablo Rosso 3s which only lasted 2500 to bald

I have to say that they are comfortable as well if you know what i mean, not rock hard but nice without being squishy
Just a Prospect at the moment

Now I am no riding god so probably can't tell the difference between a good or shit tyre but I have not found any problem with the Anakee on my GSA. Been in Peak District today on wet roads and behaved impeccably so what can I expect a 'better' tyre to do?
