    Same as mine. I have only used a foot pump so far (without issue) but would have thought the angle would make them easier to use a forecourt air line

    The forecourt airlines go straight on and open the valve, but won't seal so the air comes out of the tyre.

    Don't see why it won't seal, it's a normal valve, dodgy airline maybe

    You say the valve core is tight but maybe consider slipping a new one in?

    I could do, but it's both front and rear which I suspect are inserted at different times during manufacture

    I've now tried 6 airlines and only one of them works (and then only if I hold just right)

    A previous reply was try the 90 degree adapter. Thats what I do. I never use a forecourt air line only a foot pump, I can never seem to get a decent fit without the adapter.

    My wheels are the spoked classic ones.
