Toyed with the idea of running one along side my Explorer. Went to look and ride one, ended up buying a new Explorer XCX. Triumph are making some stunning bikes.

Triumph have a habit, of producing nice looking bikes. These 500's turned up at Grindleford cafe this Sunday.

    Hi, enjoying it thanks

It's a definite second bike for me, I wouldn't go touring on it (although you could) cos I wouldn't put a screen on it or luggage, got a GS for that

It goes and handles surprisingly well and the brakes are finally starting to work, they've taken a while to bed in

It certainly draws attention, don't know if that's good or bad but it turns heads and gets a few compliments

And they have done me a very good deal on a set of US spec Vance and Hines exhausts. The US version are cheaper than EU and have removable db killers so I have the option to go semi-deaf !!

    T100 - T120 Round 2

Picked it up this morning . Having a potter around Jersey before heading home this evening .

What a pleasant bike to potter on !!

Lazy steering, lazy gearing. Nice rumble from the V and H pipes. Even with baffles out it's quite muted.

Think it needs bar end mirrors , sump guard and possibly different sprocket to make the gearing a tad shorter. Other than that...nothing
