I have replaced my Inforad Moto M1 4 times over the past 4 years. Each time the database seems to get corrupt and I get the message 'in order to not creating a possible usb conflict, it is highly advised to close INFORAD MANAGER before disconnect your INFORAD unit from your PC’ (sic). The updater application then closes. I am sure there must be a utility somewhere that I can use to reset the unit database. Has anyone come across something like this?
