The Rides will start from the main camping field area (opp the Farm Heritage Museum)

Meet at 9.30am for a 9.45ish getaway (check with the ride leaders, on the morning to see what time they're leaving)

4 Rides

Me - Black 1150 GSA (I will be arriving early Sat morning)

Paul Nicholls - 1200 FS Adv

Fran - TriColour CRF1000 Africa Twin

Andrew - Yam FJR1300

Full Fuel Tank and Empty Bladder

Ride Leaders will more than likely use the 'Drop-Off' system to keep the group together - if you are unsure what this is or how it works - ask your Ride Leader to explain BEFORE departure

Fuel stops will en route as will lunch and coffee stops

The drop off system .....

Oh how I've missed club ride outs .... :JB

There isn't a garage in Dent is there?
No there isn't.
Depending on direction of arrival.
Fuel in Ingleton and Kirkby Lonsdale both stns on the A65 and less than 10 mile from Dent.
Fuel in Hawes which is not far from Dent.
Fuel can also be had in Sedbergh only 5 miles from Dent.
So no excuses on Saturday morning for not having an almost full tank.
My ride out is long enough to require a stop for fuel at some point.

Bloody hell.... I remember that! For about five miles I was hitting the kill switch and putting it in neutral on every down hill bit I could find! The dash had read '0 fuel' for about 15 miles ..!!!

I'm not surprised you have a fear of entering petrol stations with your track record................

Can someone count the number of Camelbacks worn, and report back?
