Anybody offered any discount on 1090R new?

Went to test ride a std Adv today but wasn't too keen on offering any incentive on the R version.
 
The danger is that you buy a newly launched 109R at full RRP and then they discount stock in Oct

Looking at the amount of old 1050/1190 stock in the shop today looks like they didn't sell so well

The did me a very good cash deal. I can't say how much, as a mate who knows the sales guy arranged it, for us to buy two, and asked me not to divulge.

Tried several times to by from Fowlers but p/x offers were dire, much the same at Blade, went elsewhere and got the deal I was after. Cash buy and there are bargains though but not advertised on website.
