If I get on OK with the bike I will get a stainless H piece to replace the guzzi collector box, no rush now it's been welded...

New front Fender extender that actually might work rather that the too short previous homemade effort.
Found a split in front mudguard, so open split, used apoxy glue & soaked a bit of cloth in the glue then put on back...

Wanted to lift the bars a tad & had a set of Rox Antivibration Risers in stock.
So filed away some of that alloy yoke. Pic 1
    Then painted yoke. Pic 2
Then made some " car engine shell " bearings. Pic 3
Fitted shell bearings to lift risers a rad of the yoke. pic 4
    Risers fitted. Pic 5

And wired & fitted in Garmin zumo 395 LM & Touratwat locking mount...

As the SP3 runs bigger front discs & twin Givi panniers as standard, with my u/s hands / arms it's a reet bugger to check tyre pressures.

So for £2.99 for four via ebay I bought a set of wheel pressure caps.
    Set at 30 psi...

Only Italians would use Black leads to positive on that battery.. Pic 1

So added Red tape to all positive leads.. Pic 2

This maybe just a little thing but could save a lot of head scratching at a later date...

The extra fixing points on MOTOBATT batteries is a darn good idea for added accessories that require power...

All the alloy was cleaned off with Gunk.
    Wire brushed where needed.
Then I used - Rub N Buff Silver Leaf.
Applied with the tube, toothbrush & small paintbrush in pic 4
And cleaned any Run N Buff off with the engine de greaser pic 5

Yes I did the whole engine, gearbox and bevel box with the darn stuff, but makes such a difference..

Cracking report but I take it that the old girl is being treated to new tyres before it is let loose on the roads, the Macadams were never that good when new and the rear looks to be from 2003, the rubber must be rock solid by now
