    Scala Q3 Use ?

I have a Cardo Q3 and still getting used to it. Everything works well and Im very impressed. However, My mates Cardo G9 has voice commands. He just says "Radio on" or "Call Nigel".....
My manual says "Voice commands" but doesn't mention control using voice.
So, can someone here confirm that the Q3 does not have the ability to say "Radio on" etc ......
