IPad Pro help with pen to text

Hi, I've just bought an iPad Pro with pen and keyboard and I'm after some help with using the he pen for note taking and converting to text for Word, Notes etc and also to annotate pics and include within documents.
Can anyone recommend an app that will do the job please as I have no idea?
    Cheers Brian.

Liquid text and Concepts are OK. There may well be some better ones now.

PDF Expert and PDF to Image are sometimes useful, too.

Should do. There is an ink to text option in One Note.

My clever wife has found Notes Plus which seems to fit the bill, not sure it will let me annotate/sign PDF contracts etc?

You can use PDF Expert for that.

I filled in and then signed and returned some government PDF doc's using the app, without once touching a paper version.
